Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of professionals navigate some of the most pivotal moments of their careers.

That work — and the success my clients achieved — was recently recognized when Influence Digest Media named me one of Pittsburgh’s Top 15 Career Coaches for 2025. I’m grateful for that recognition, because it reflects what has always driven me: helping people feel seen, heard, and supported in their work lives.

While Career Coaching is my core passion, it has always been my plan to expand my services to organizational support. And, now is the time!

I’m excited to share the next chapter of my practice: I’m expanding into Fractional HR Consulting, partnering with small and mid-sized businesses that need strategic HR leadership but not a full-time executive.

I’m particularly passionate about helping organizations create more inclusive workplaces, including support for employees experiencing hearing loss or age-related hearing challenges — an often-overlooked factor in engagement and performance.
